Debra is our Practice Manager and has 26 years’ worth of industry experience. Debra joined the Practice in 2015 and became Practice Manager in 2019. She has previously worked for NatWest and Barclays so has plenty of experience in delivering first-class customer service. Debra prides herself on the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships – which is one of our key fundamentals! 

Debra would describe herself as a professional and highly motivated member of our team. She believes it is crucial that the necessary preparation work is carried out and relevant information collated in order to enable the efficient management of financial strategies for clients.
